Trayse Inventory

Trayse Inventory is an inventory management solution that handles purchasing, warehousing, and selling inventory. Trayse Inventory also handles kitting and manufacturing.

Trayse Inventory is built on the Claris FileMaker platform, a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple. New Leaf Data, LLC is the creator and sole distributor of Trayse Inventory.

Trayse Inventory is sold as an open file. All modules are included.

Trayse Inventory provides traceability

Modules

The Purchasing Module

• Purchasing goods
• Receiving goods
• Putting goods away
• Handles partial receipts of a PO

The Warehousing Module

• Multiple warehouses
• Multiple bin locations within each warehouse
• Transferring items between warehouses
• Replenishing picking bins from internal storage locations

The Sales Module

• Creating estimates
• Converting an estimate to a sales order
• Picking the sales order
• Shipping the sales order
• Generating an invoice for the sales order

The Item Module

• Multiple vendors and their order requirements
• Substitution and upsell items, which are used during the sales order process
• Bill of Materials and Where Used list for kitting, assembling, and manufacturing
• A snapshot view of that particular sku at all locations and all warehouses
• The snapshot view tracks the quantity values On Hand, Allocated, Available, On Order (that's from a vendor), and On Backorder (that's to the customer)

Transactions

• A focus view displays a single sku at a particular warehouse
• Focus views include serial numbers and lot numbers where appropriate
• Transactions keep a running log of 5 inventory quantities: On Hand, Allocated, Available, On Order (that's from a vendor), and On Backorder (that's to the customer)

2. Purchasers of Trayse Inventory own all data they have entered or have asked New Leaf Data, LLC to enter via the set up
3. All structure and design, including but not limited to tables, fields, relationship graph, scripts, calculations, custom functions, and layouts are the intellectual property of New Leaf Data, LLC
4. Purchasers of the open version of Trayse Inventory may customize their instance without additional permission of New Leaf Data, LLC
5. Purchasers of Trayse Inventory may not use Trayse Inventory, in whole or in part, to create or augment a product without the express written permission of New Leaf Data, LLC
6. Purchasers of Trayse Inventory may not resell, in whole or in part, Trayse Inventory to another entity
7. Purchasers of Trayse Inventory may not give or redistribute Trayse Inventory, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of New Leaf Data, LLC
8. Trayse Inventory is sold as-is
9. Support for Trayse Inventory is optional and sold extra
10. Trayse Inventory was designed for desktop/laptop environments. It may also work on the web via Web Direct and iPads
11. Trayse Inventory is a single file solution
12. You may not change the name of Trayse Inventory
13. Refund for Trayse Inventory is the sole discretion of New Leaf Data, LLC
14. Licenses for FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Server, or any other product by Claris is not included in the purchase of Trayse Inventory
15. New Leaf Data, LLC is not responsible for any data loss or data corruption or data mismanagement while the Purchaser uses Trayse Inventory
16. These Terms and Conditions are inclusive; no other document is included or required
17. By downloading Trayse Inventory, you acknowledge and acceptance these Terms and Conditions
